Privacy Policy
Effective as of your first use of the platform.
1. What we collect
Account details you provide directly (name, email, and a hashed password — we never store your password in plain text), plus platform activity generated as you use the service: challenge purchases, simulated trades, positions, and support requests.
2. How we use it
To operate your account and the trading terminal, evaluate challenge progress against published rules, respond to support requests, and secure the platform against fraud and abuse.
3. What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't share account or trading activity with third parties except where needed to run the service (for example, payment processing) or where required by law.
4. Data retention
We retain account and evaluation data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
5. Security
Credentials are hashed, sessions are verified server-side on every request, and account state (balance, equity, positions) is computed and stored server-side — the client is never trusted as a source of truth for your account.
6. Your choices
You can request an export or deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
