The Flex Funded provides trading evaluation services through simulated trading environments where applicable. No real funds are traded or placed at risk within the simulated evaluation environment.
Simulated Trading Environment
The Flex Funded provides trading evaluation and related services through simulated trading environments. Where applicable, trading accounts, account balances, positions, profits, losses and performance results displayed through our platform are simulated and are used for evaluation and program purposes. No actual trades are executed on live financial markets through the simulated evaluation environment.
No Investment Services
The Flex Funded does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, custody, or other investment services. Nothing on this website or within our programs should be interpreted as an offer, recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy or sell any financial instrument. Participation in our programs is voluntary. Program fees are service fees for access to the applicable evaluation, simulated trading environment, technology and related services. They are not deposits, investments, or client funds. The Flex Funded does not guarantee that participation in any program will result in profits, rewards, payouts, or successful completion of an evaluation.
General Risk Warning
Trading and financial markets involve substantial risk. Trading strategies, leverage, market conditions and simulated performance may produce results that differ significantly from real-world trading conditions. Participants should carefully consider their objectives, experience, financial circumstances and risk tolerance before participating. Past simulated performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
Program Fees
Fees paid to The Flex Funded are fees for the selected services and program access. Payment of a program fee does not create an investment relationship, fiduciary relationship, custodial relationship or brokerage relationship between The Flex Funded and the participant. Fees do not represent client funds and do not earn interest or investment returns. Refund eligibility, cancellations and other payment matters are governed by the applicable Terms & Conditions and policies.
Simulated Balances and Rewards
Any account balance, equity, profit, loss, drawdown or other financial figure displayed within a simulated trading account is part of the simulated environment. A displayed simulated balance or simulated profit does not by itself represent money held on behalf of the participant or a debt owed by The Flex Funded. Where a program provides eligibility for a reward or payout, the reward is subject to the applicable program rules, compliance checks, account review and approval requirements.
Third-Party Services
The Flex Funded may use third-party services such as trading platforms, market-data providers, payment providers, identity-verification services, hosting providers and other technology providers. Third-party services may have their own terms, availability and limitations. The Flex Funded is not responsible for interruptions, delays, errors or restrictions caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable program rules before purchasing or using a service. Participants must comply with all applicable trading restrictions, risk limits, prohibited-activity rules and other requirements. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, pricing anomalies, system vulnerabilities, unauthorized access or other technical weaknesses may result in review, suspension or termination in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions.
No Guarantee of Results
The Flex Funded does not guarantee that any participant will pass an evaluation, receive a reward, achieve a particular trading result or generate a particular level of simulated profit. Results depend on the participant's trading decisions, strategy, risk management and compliance with applicable program rules.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, registering an account, purchasing a program or participating in a The Flex Funded program, the participant acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the applicable Terms & Conditions, Rules, policies and disclaimers.
