Terms of Use
Effective as of your first use of the platform.
1. The service
The Flex Funded operates a simulated proprietary trading evaluation platform. Accounts, balances, positions, and profit-and-loss figures shown in the trading terminal and dashboard are generated by our own execution engine against market-style data — no order you place is routed to a real broker, exchange, or liquidity provider, and no real capital is ever placed at risk.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Challenge evaluations
Each challenge has a published rule set — profit targets, loss limits, and minimum trading day requirements — enforced automatically and identically for every account of that type. See the Rules page for the current parameters of each challenge. We may correct evaluation fees, published rules, or account terms prospectively; changes do not apply retroactively to an evaluation already in progress.
4. Acceptable use
The platform is provided for genuine skill evaluation. Exploiting bugs, market-data latency, or platform defects instead of trading on their merits, or attempting to interfere with the execution engine or other accounts, is prohibited and may result in an account being closed.
5. No investment advice
Nothing on this platform is investment, financial, or trading advice. Any statistics, badges, or performance figures shown are for the evaluation program itself and are not a projection of returns on real capital.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The platform is provided "as is." We work to keep evaluation data accurate and the terminal available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a simulated platform.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
